Location and General Notes

We ship orders from our bookstore outlet, which is located at the following address:

Shop No. 1, 26th Residence Building, Plot No. 26-C, Ittehad Lane No. 6, Ittehad Commercial, Phase 6, DHA, 75500, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan

• If there is any problem with your order (e.g. mistake in your address or problem with your shipping method chosen, and such), there may be a slight delay as we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the problem.

• Shipping options are listed (when checking out) in order of cheapest to most expensive, making it easier for you to choose.

• Approximate delivery date windows are noted below, and we try our best to get packages delivered on-time. However, we do not guarantee any package will be delivered by any date.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours after the order has been placed.
Custom or special order items may take longer to process, typically 3-5 business days.

Packaging:
Rest assured that all items will be securely and safely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Books and other fragile items will be packaged with additional protective materials, such as bubble wrap or foam padding.

Shipping Methods for Domestic Shipping (Shipping Addess Within Pakistan):
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before placing your order.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order status by logging into your account.

International Shipping (Shipping Addess Outside Pakistan):
We ship worldwide! Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on destination and are displayed accordingly at checkout.

The international shipping charges quoted at checkout on our website are quoted in DDP (Duties and Taxes paid in advance) intercom terms so these are inclusive of customs duty, import taxes any any other consequential charges arising from your shipments. The consignee (customer) is not required to pay any further charges to the shipping carrier.
