This is another book I had been trying to get hold of but since its out of print, it is very difficult to obtain. Alhamdulillah, Tadabbur Books had a copy of Dar Hijr edition in stock and arranged to sea-cargo the book to me in the UK. The total cost was very reasonable and as always, the customer service second to none.
