This book explores the case of the Muslim Ummah against Qadianis presented before the National Assembly of Pakistan.

In 1974 The National Assembly of Pakistan, through a historic constitutional amendment, declared the Ahmadis or Qadianis to be a non-Muslim minority. This book contains the case made by the ulama for this judgment. It incorporates both theological and historic arguments and cites extensively the Qadiani sources. Originally written by Mufti Taqi Usmani and Maulana Samiul Haq in Urdu, it was translated into English by Maulana Wali Razi.
