المباحث مبحث الذكر من أجل المولود, وتناولت فيه المؤلفة عددًا من الأذكار التي تقال في مواطن مختلفة, كالبشارة والتهنئة بالمولود, وذكرت المؤلفة أنهما مستحبتان, وبينت كيفيتهما, وآداب من يقوم بهما, أو يستقبلهما, ووقتهما وغيرها من المسائل\u003cbr\u003eومما ذكرته أيضاً في هذا المبحث مسألة الأذان والإقامة في أذن المولود, ورجحت استحبابهما, وذكرت صفتهما, ومن يقوم بهما, ووقتهما, والحكمة منهما. كما بينت استحباب تحنيك المولود بالاتفاق, ذاكرةً صفته, ووقته, والحكمة منه\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eومن المباحث التي تناولتها المؤلفة في هذا الفصل أيضاً الطهارة, وذكرت من مسائلها الختان, وأوضحت أن العلماء اتفقوا على مشروعيته للذكر والأنثى, واختلفوا في وجوبه وسنيته لهما, واختارت وجوبه للذكور, وإباحته للنساء, مع ذكر عدة مسائل أخرى تتعلق بالختان كصفته وفوائده ووقته وغيرها\u003cbr\u003eومن المسائل المذكورة في مبحث الطهارة عورة المولود والذي رجحت المؤلفة في تحديدها أن المولود لا عورة له, كما رجحت أن مس قُبُل المولود ذكراً كان أو أنثى ينقض الوضوء, أما مس دبره فلا ينقضه. وتناولت أيضاً مسائل أخرى كحمل المولود في العبادة البدنية, وحكم الخارج منه بولاً أو غائطاً\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eوفي مبحث آخر من مباحث هذا الفصل تناولت المؤلفة مسألة النسب فتحدثت عن ثبوته, وأن جهات الثبوت أربع هي: الفراش, أو شبهته, والإقرار, والبينة, والقيافة. كما تحدثت عن نسب ولد الملاعنة, وولد الزنا, ورجحت أن كليهما لا ينسب إلى أبيه وإنما إلى أمه, كما تناولت أيضاً نسب اللقيط\u003cbr\u003eومن المباحث المدروسة في هذا الفصل أيضًا تسمية المولود, ووقتها, والأسماء المأذون بها شرعاً, وغير المأذون بها, وتكنية المولود, وتلقيبه, ومن له حق اختيار ذلك\u003cbr\u003eوأفردت المؤلفة مبحثاً للرضاع, بينت فيه أن مدة الرضاع حولان كاملان, وأن من يقوم بإرضاعه هي أمه مجبرة سواء كانت في عصمة الأب أو لا, إلا إذا تعينت لإرضاعه, كما تناولت مسائل أخرى كالأحق بإرضاع المولود, وإفطار المرضعة من أجل المولود\u003cbr\u003eكما تبع هذه المباحث مباحث أخرى كان للمؤلفة اختياراتها وترجيحاتها فيها كالحضانة, وتزيين المولود, والحج والعمرة به, وما يتعلق به في مسائل العقوبات, والصلاة عليه وتجهيزه إذا مات\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #006699;\" color=\"#006699\"\u003e\u003cb\u003eالفصل الثاني:\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e وخصصته المؤلفة لذكر الحقوق المالية, وذكرت في ذلك مبحثان\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eأما الأول: فتناولت فيه الحقوق المالية للمولود, وذكرت فيه عدة مسائل, منها: شروط الإنفاق عليه, ومن يتولى ذلك الإنفاق ونقلت اتفاق العلماء في وجوب ذلك على الأب, وأن نفقته تلزم ذوي الأرحام عند عدم العصبات, وذوي الفروض\u003cbr\u003eكما تناولت أيضاً في هذا المبحث ما تشمله النفقة كأجرة الرضاعة, والحضانة, والملبس, والسكنى, ومؤنة التجهيز, كلها واجبة على من تلزمه نفقته باتفاق أهل العلم, واختلفوا في العقيقة, والهدي, والفدية\u003cbr\u003eوتناولت أيضاً في هذا المبحث من يلي مال المولود, وذكرت اتفاق أهل العلم في أن الأب يلي مال مولوده, وكذلك الحاكم, أما ما عداهما كالجد, والوصي, والأم ففيهم خلاف, بينته وذكرت الراجح فيه\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eوأما عن تنمية ماله فذكرت اتفاق أهل العلم على أن الولي يلزمه تنمية مال المولود, وحفظه من أسباب التلف ما أمكنه ذلك. وأما ما يتعلق بالميراث فذكرت اتفاقهم على أن
